Victoria Arduino | Experience Lab

The Experience Lab that we have designed for Victoria Arduino is a space with the customer experience at it’s heart.

Our design has brought to life the experience of working with Victoria Arduino; it’s reflecting their expertise, their energy and their passion for their products.

Set within a historic warehouse (home to London’s largest colony of piano makers) in the heart of Camden Town, a brilliantly vibrant and bustling area, a beautiful and welcoming space awaits behind closed doors.

The vaulted main space has been completely refurbished and is now a home for showcasing product, customer training and hosting events. Utilising the natural light which fills the room through the crittall windows and high ceiling, Hart Miller focused on sustainable materials and colour; playing with scale and versatility in the space. In addition there is office space supporting customer services, spare parts and dealer support.

Arrival through a narrow alley leads to an internal courtyard complete with an original, restored weigh bridge and bespoke mural by local artist Choots.

A vibrant strike of colour splits the room to set off custom designed furniture showcasing the Victoria Arduino equipment on a series of stations fronted with natural reeded oak and brass details echoing historic manufacturing from the site.

Pratt Mews enables Victoria Arduino to expand on their growing reputation with a space that feels good and delivers in line with their own personable, energetic and passionate personality.
