Frestons opened in 2020 at the heart of Notting Dale campus, offering a carefully chosen seasonal menu, catering services and a focus on serving great food in an environmentally sustainable way.

We created a contemporary space with a mission to create a social heart for the campus where good things happen, both on and around the table.

A fantastic selection of salads, sandwiches, bagels and snacks, plus a hot world food option daily is freshly prepared in-house using seasonal ingredients to reduce environmental impact. Award-winning Caveman Blend Coffee is on offer, as well as delicious locally sourced tea that’s packed with flavour.

Ela, Tim and the Frestons team are committed to excellent service and reducing, reusing and recycling. They introduced a sustainable cup initiative and water bottle scheme, as well as injecting a proportion of profits back into environmental and sustainability initiatives.
